Wacaco is a Hong Kong-based brand that pioneered the portable espresso maker category, with a lineup (Minipresso, Nanopresso, Picopresso) built around hand-pump pressure instead of an electric pump or boiler. The Picopresso is the most capable of the three, closer in output to a countertop machine, but still small enough to fit in a travel bag.
